Project management – the Uncommon Solutions system of timetabling simply who needs to do what by when to keep the project on track and of chasing up in advance anything getting close to a default

Conducting the marketing exercise, dealing with queries as they arise and encouraging a range of tenders to be submitted by the agreed deadline

Completion Phase

Together with you, opening and recording the tenders submitted

Reviewing the tenders submitted in detail and evaluating them against the objectives set

Agreeing with you any areas which need to be clarified with those who have tendered and obtaining the necessary clarifications

Preparing and presenting a report with recommendations for consideration and decision

The overall timing of the exercise, as described above, will normally be four months. Your time commitment through all the stages will be kept to a minimum and will amount to –

1 – 2 meetings at the initiation stage

gathering the agreed data (property schedules, salary details etc)

1 meeting to review the marketing presentation drafted, before going out to the market

1 meeting to open and briefly review the submissions

1 meeting to receive our final report and recommendations
