Risk Management is an essential and inescapable part of life. Nowadays, there are all sorts of people who will judge and rate you on how well you are doing in theory and whether this matches the practice; on whether risk management is effectively embedded in the culture and operation of your organisation.

Risk Management KickStart (RMKS) is the way to get to a demonstrably good standard of risk management quickly - to develop a solid platform on which to build. It is the least prescriptive of our modules and is adapted at the initiation stage to suit your precise needs.

Whether you have very little formally in place yet or whether you simply wish to reinvigorate and extend all of the good work already done, to take things to the next level, the RMKS module will provide the outcome your organisation needs.SUITABLE SPACEBack to top

For a "start-up" operation, we work with you to get the basics in place -

• an agreed strategy
• communications systems and
• a road map for future development.

• analyse the specific areas holding you back and
• design/agree solutions for them.

This is a KickStart module and has different goals for different clients. However, the shape of the exercise and how far it will take you will be agreed at the initiation meeting. Significant focussed progress will be made thereafter.

The module normally runs for around one month, involving three to four days of meetings with you and independent work by us between those meetings. A strong element of skills transfer is very much a part of this module.
The cost of this product, as detailed above, is £2,380 (plus VAT).
