Those who are involved in either Risk Management or Insurance know that predictability is one of the key goals.

The same is true of consulting services. Where work arrives both suddenly and urgently, it is harder to timetable and fit into existing commitments, without risk of detriment somewhere in the system. We prefer to reward clients who are able to give us more time to schedule work.

The rates shown below are available (to those first to claim them) for work booked and paid for by 23rd December, 2005. It is very likely that the work will not be concluded until after that time, but exact dates can be agreed at the time of booking, with reference to known commitments at that time.
