ALARM - the national forum for risk management in the public sector - has produced a helpful tool kit for risk managers, under the name "Risk, Managed".

Authored by Peter Andrews (Royal Burgh of Windsor & Maidenhead) in conjunction with Hugh Alexander (then London Borough of Merton and now Uncommon Solutions Limited), it
includes guidance, summaries, presentation media, training and the intellectual property rights to use and adapt the material within the purchasing organisation. The tool kit was conceived, designed and published by ALARM's Education & Training Committee, during Hugh Alexander's chairmanship of that body.
